<h3>Delivery and Terms</h3>
<ul>
<li>Unless otherwise agreed, products are delivered within 14 days.</li>
<li>If an item cannot be delivered on time you will be notified.</li>
<li>Lead times for special packaging or large orders are agreed separately.</li>
<li>All prices are in euros and exclude 21% VAT unless stated otherwise; price changes and typographical errors reserved.</li>
<li>New customers receive a pro forma invoice for the first order and must pay in advance.</li>
<li>After the first order you may order on account.</li>
<li>Minimum order value €25.00 excluding VAT; minimum order quantity per item is the package unit.</li>
<li>Deliveries within the Netherlands are carriage paid for orders from €500.00 (excl. 21% VAT).</li>
<li>For deliveries to Belgium and Germany applicable rates apply.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Product Variations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minor variations in colour or quality may occur and do not constitute grounds for rejection.</li>
<li>We reserve the right to change images, descriptions, terms and prices.</li>
<li>Any defects or damage must be reported to INFRALUB in writing immediately upon receipt.</li>
<li>Promotions valid while stocks last.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Returns</h3>
<ul>
<li>Non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of receipt without giving a reason.</li>
<li>Products must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.</li>
<li>Return shipping costs are at your expense; unpaid return shipments will be charged to the customer.</li>
<li>If the invoice has already been paid we will refund the amount due within 30 days.</li>
<li>Please state all required information clearly in your online return request.</li>
